Ian Cooper - Construction Manager (Owner / Director)
	Ian started in the industry at the age of 18 driving scrapers, and now has over 35 years within the Civil Construction Industry. He started as on operator then moved to leading hand and eventually made his way to the position of foreman working for companies such as Standards Roads and Twigg Group. In 2000 he formed his own civil construction company, and built it to the size it is today. Over the 35 years Ian has worked on a large variety of projects including Residential & Industrial Subdivisions, Bulk Earthworks, Carparks, Access Tracks, Wetlands, Retarding Basins, Dam construction. Some of the key projects that Ian has worked on are: 6 Sections of the Western Ring Road, Ballarat Bypass, Goondawindi Water Storage Dam 500,000m3 Earthworks, and Redevelopment Gisborne Reservoir. His vast experience within the industry and the large variety of projects he has worked on provides IGA Construction with a valuable experience base and knowledge it required to undertake Civil Construction Projects.
Jeff Tsifridis - Civil Engineer / Project Manager
	Jeff has over 14 years experience within the Civil Engineering Industry, and has gained extensive experience in Civil Construction, Civil Design, Project Management, Quality Assurance, and Survey. Jeff has worked in all sectors of the industry including Government, Private Sector Entities, Civil Consultancy, and the Defence Force. His vast experiences in the industry provides IGA Construction with engineering knowledge and expertise, they require to undertake complex construction projects. Jeff’s experience in design also enables IGA Construction to offer design and construct solutions to its clients.
Alan Law - Foreman
	With over 35 years experience within the Civil Construction Industry, Alan Law has worked for many of the Top Tier Civil Construction companies working on some of the larger significant civil project. Past employers include John Holland, Abigroup, and BMD, and he has worked on projects such as East Link, Monash Upgrade, and the Laverton Rail Upgrade. His past experiences as a foreman and supervisor is a valuable asset to IGA Construction, as he has the knowledge and experience required to undertake the scope of works that IGA Construction undertake.
Tom Boyle - Operator
	Tom’s history in the industry is extensive, with over 40 years experience operating excavators on countless major projects both in Victoria and interstate. He has worked on high profile sites such as the Melbourne Underground Rail Loop, Western Ring Road, Melbourne Grand Prix Track. He is an extremely sought after operator, highly regarded in the industry for his efficiency, accuracy and experience in all areas of excavation including stormwater, sewer and rock excavation
Trevor Chittenden - Operator
	Trevor has been operating excavators for over 8 years he has had experience on excavators ranging in size from 12tonne to 50tonne. He has a vast experience in bulk earthworks, storm water, sewer, rock breaking, road boxing and detailed excavation. Due to his varied roles and experience on excavators in the past, he is able to provide IGA Civil with some valuable expertise to enable the successful completion of projects.
